Andreea makes no promises regarding the accuracy or outcome of any reading, session or guidance given. By booking a session you accept that you are solely responsible for how you choose to use the information received.

Andreea's work is rooted in study, practice, intuition and tradition, but is not verified by scientific methods nor endorsed by any governing body. Her services are not a replacement for standard medical or psychological treatment. Please consult a licensed healthcare professional for any personal health concerns.

Client Agreement

By booking a session, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You understand that sessions are not a replacement for professional financial, medical, health or psychological care.
You take full responsibility for your financial, medical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
You accept that the future is not fixed and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
You understand that all guidance is subject to your own interpretation and judgment.

Confidentiality

Any personal information shared during a session is treated with strict confidentiality.
No personal details will be disclosed without your consent.

Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day last-minute bookings are not available. This allows Andreea to prepare properly and hold space for your session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment might be re-scheduled subject to availability.
Appointments cancelled are non-refundable.
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are also non-refundable.
In the case of genuine emergencies, please contact Andreea directly and she will do her best to accommodate a reschedule.
Once a session has been booked services are 100% non-refundable.

Payments

Sessions must be paid in advance via the website or other approved methods.
Prices are subject to change at any time.

Right to Refuse Services

Andreea reserves the right to refuse services at her discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer. This agreement includes a release of all possible liability related to my services.
